A heating technician, also known as a heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) technician, is responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in residential and commercial properties.
Working on a wide range of equipment, such as boilers, heat pumps, furnaces, and air conditioning units. Diagnosing and troubleshooting problems with these systems, making repairs as necessary, and performing regular maintenance to ensure that the systems are running efficiently and safely.
Heating technicians can also be responsible for installing new systems and equipment and for advising customers on how to maintain and operate them.
