About PECC TECH
Welcome to Paraco Energy Career Center (PECC), where we provide a unique schooling experience and paid apprenticeship program that allows you to earn while you learn. Having been in the service industry for over 55 years, we recognize the growing need for skilled workers in the trades supporting the energy, plumbing, and HVAC industry. So, we created PECC Tech, a program to help individuals like you start a career.
PECC is for individuals 18 years or older looking to start earning and learning right out of high school or those eager for a career change. We do not require any formal degrees or previous experience. Our program works to minimize the barriers to entering the trades, providing a career path for personal and professional success.
Whats the difference
Trades schools, although incredibly valuable, are costly to attend. Learning the skills to work in the energy, plumbing, and HVAC industry are skills that are in high demand. You will need a passion for learning and a desire to work hard and earn good money to succeed in these fields.
We aim to provide individuals with the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed in their chosen field while providing valuable on-the-job training. We will grow the workforce by eliminating the costly entrance fee to learn trades, and you will have a fulfilling career path.
